My self Yasser. i had a very bad experience with the management that they appetize for a 3 bedroom flat on a monthly rent on property finders . after a week time they increase the price and i agreed that and now after complete all the documents and prepare the advance cheque with my company now they told me sorry we cannot sign the contract because the director not agree. the problem they are the one who prepare the contract and they made me give a notice to my existing accommodation and now i have only one week to leave my apartment and there is no place to go at the last moment with my big family.

Great place spacious rooms they have 3 bedroom apartments. Unlike other hotels they don’t have disco in their building. So the stay was quite and pleasant. Perfect place to stay if you are coming with family.

Rooms are very spacious, nice, clean. Well maintained. Great for families who want to spend few days here. The area is bit busy always but nothing unmanageable. Recommend.

Me and my husband stayed here for a night at the butterfly residence. Let me say the staff is super friendly and generous. We stayed in a suite, so we had a separate bedroom. Starting with all the facilities in the kitchen everything was available. Including pots and pans and a washing machine. The hall was spacious and had a tv but it wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t use it as we arent fan of arabic news channel. (Take your laptop/usb with movies) now coming to the bathroom not so great. We had a drainage issue, the water was leaking from the pipes. And we didnt have hot water in our shower. Rooms are centralized. The views from the room were really good. Also the hotel is in the center of juffair so there’s plenty of food options and alcohol options as well. If you are looking to stay in juffair i say its a good option choosing this hotel. You get what you pay for.
