We rested in this villa from 12/19 to 10/01. The trip was great, as always here. We have been staying almost every year in this villa since 2019. I would immediately like to note the very friendly and helpful staff of the villa. Any problems that arose were immediately solved. Also, the staff did not refuse personal requests, for example, helping with picking up parcels. The villa has everything for a comfortable stay, kitchen, dishes, grill, dishwasher, etc. The room is cleaned upon request. Regarding the location, the beach is no more than 2km away from the villa location, but we traveled by car so this was not a problem. Summarizing all that has been said, this is an excellent place for a relaxing, family holiday at a relative distance from the crowded and crowded streets. We will spend our next vacation there.

Family emergency back home and the landlord wouldn't refund a single penny. Even offered him 50,000 baht for the 2 nights we stayed so he could rent the villa again to someone else. Aside from that, the villa is very tired and the air con doesn't work well.

The villa is terrible! Or rather the service. There is a manager there, her name is something like Sha. When asked to wash the windows after cleaning, she said complain, we won’t do anything, you have a short rental period and you are nobody! The location is excellent, but I’ll also give one star, let these crazy faces come to their senses

Our villa was extremely well furnished and nothing was left to be desired. The private pool is gorgeous! The furnishings are very high quality, well maintained and everything is clean. Additional plus point: There is a portafilter coffee machine in the kitchen 😀 The service on site is great. Pen and Aek are super attentive and fulfill all wishes! You can walk to the town in 10 minutes. During the day there is also a regular shuttle to the town and to the nearby beach. We would book again immediately!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 10 days. With a pool and roof terrace, there is always a place to cool off or relax comfortably in the villa. You can reach everything you need on foot in about 10-15 minutes. The service was also very good. If we had any questions or problems, we were always helped quickly and reliably. The villa was always cleaned immediately as soon as we hung the sign outside the door. In order to reach destinations that are a little further away, we rented scooters for the duration. The staff on site took care of everything and all we had to do was pick up the scooters and pay for them. Trips to Patong were also easy and easy to reach by taxi. Conclusion: Great facility with great service, I can only recommend it!
