Mine is a counter-review. The negative review certainly refers to another ca'soranzo (just search and you will find 2-3). In any case, in May 2021 the apartment was not rented for tourism 🤷🏼‍♂️ but with an annual contract that expired on 31 July. It is available for tourist rental again from 10 August 2021.

The apartment is very comfortable, modern and in a fantastic location. If I were to return to Venice, I would have no doubts: I would choose it again.
