Our family of 4 stayed three nights and we were very happy. This hotel had the best combination of price, location and space for 4 people (our teens each had their own single bed). It’s not fancy but it was clean and quiet, the staff were nice and it’s on a super cute street with lots of shops and good restaurants close by. The metro is right there as well but we also were able to walk to the Louvre (it’s not close but definitely do-able)!

This has been the best place I’ve stayed in Paris by far in the many times I’ve visited for the price and location. I have nothing bad to say! The metro is a 3 min walk and it’s not hard to walk to many places nearby. It also felt like a safe area and the block is very active at night with cafes and lots of people. The room was a great size and was perfect for a longer stay. There is a dining table, dishwasher and dishes, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. Everything was clean and they came to clean the room every couple of days - even mopped the floor! The staff is so so so nice. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about the woman and gentleman who worked at the front during our stay. There is also a laundry room here which was incredibly helpful for an 8 day stay. I will be back!!

My family stayed at the Cadet Residence in June this year. I have been meaning to leave a review since (and finally getting to it now!) as staying here was the highlight of our wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment and location were perfect for a family stay. But what really blew us away was the wonderful service and kindness of the management. My elderly father stayed with us and missed his train out of Paris. We were very stressed as it was Paris Fashion Week, everything was so busy, and we were struggling to work out the rail system. The lengths Anis went to to help my father work out an alternative option were incredible. We are so grateful for our time at the Cadet Residence and the assistance we received.
