The rooms are very spacious and spotless clean. There is a fridge, a brand new, quiet AC in the room, we had a bathtub AND shower. We had a room at the pool, the beds are huge and curtains all around to block out sunlight. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful and warm. Very luxurious accommodation.

The music is loud after 10 p.m..... and it is very loud. Care must be taken when using. I don't recommend it. Also, please refer to the reviews for Vietnamese reviews below

Excellent stay. Big clean rooms. Great location close to ancient Town and beach. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Perfect for your stay in Hoi an. Highly recommend.
