This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in quite awhile. Was kind of concerned because we don't normally stay at this chain but was going for sons graduation and wanted something nearby and with close handicap rooms. They could accommodate us here. Very clean. Staff was amazing. Set up fantastic. Pool, Weight room very nice. The only thing I can say negative was the breakfast buffet for $9.00 was not that great. I guess for the price you get an ok breakfast but some of the food left a lot to be desired. Otherwise, perfect stay! Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Just maybe eat elsewhere 😉. P.s enjoy cabelas right next door within walking distance!

So the interesting part about having no maintenance is they told me twice to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush myself because they have no one to do it. This is tacky and unprofessional! The least you could do is change our room for almost $300 for my stay you would think the people getting paid to do manage the property would do just that but I guess that's too much to ask.

I’ve stayed here around 4 times this year and will be staying again on Saturday. It is my absolute favorite hotel in the area. They have the absolute best rooms that feel more like a home than a hotel with the size. Also they are always cleaned to perfection. The pool area is another highlight of the hotel with a great hot tub and pool. I will continue staying here anytime I want to spend the weekend in the city. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Ohio including 4 different ones in Polaris alone and I recommend this hotel above all others

Experience the sophisticated elegance the moment you walk through the lobby doors. From the well appointed lobby and lounge area to the gracious and warm staff who are anxious awaiting your arrival. The mood set the moment you walk through the front doors and you know that you made the right choice. The hotel is well maintained, cleanliness and attention to detail notice in every area of the hotel. I booked two rooms 310 and 311, both rooms were well appointed , spacious , clean and refreshing ; a home away from home. The location is fantastic, just moments away from shopping, restaurants and the Columbus night life. I highly recommend choosing Cambria Hotel and Suites Polaris for your next stay. I want to give a special thank to Eric S., AGM of the hotel and Kim M., Front Desk, for their outstanding customer service and form making my stay truly special.

What a great hotel! Ashley at check in was so sweet! Very pleasant and fun! They offer a free shuttle service to pretty much anywhere you want to go . Clyde was our driver and he was very nice! We had drinks at the bar and our bartender was great! Never have I've been in a hotel where all the employees I had interacted with were nice! The king suite we had was awesome and very clean. I have nothing but good things to say. I would definitely recommend them.
