Stay anywhere but here. Worst hotel stay ever. Filthy hotel. Gym was dirty and missing equipment. Very loud construction. Coffee was cold. Water in cooler was warm. No breakfast buffet or dining, which is why we chose a Sheraton and for the good sleep. Neither happened. Definitely not up to four point standards. When called down to lobby, no one answered.

Holy cow. I’m usually good about reading reviews before I book but somehow I missed this one. Don’t stay. I call for early checking and get a rapid ‘we are under construction and we have no television so now you are aware’. I have stayed in under construction hotels but this is more like abandoned. The 4th floor has been redone but remains unfinished. Doors don’t shut appropriately. Elevator is so scary I only went on it once. Marriott was NO help in leaving. Hotel made me pay for one night even though I wanted out of there. Beware

Second worse stay of my life. Only one that was worse was a tiny motel that was barely worse only redeeming quality for here was that it was close to things we wanted to go to. Would have been nice to hear about the renovations before we got here and we can hear drills and hammers from our room. Nails and skews on the hallway floors as well as dry wall remnants on the hallway floors as well. Elevator was really sketchy to the point I almost preferred to take the stairs. Low amenities and the tv was down the entire stay. Not happy at all and will make sure to tell everyone not to stay here. Way too expensive for the horrible quality. Things got even worse the longer it went as they constantly messed up and lied about everything that was going on

So very sad! Booked in August for this weekend wedding. When we got here, renovations. Ok if it was one section, not the entire hotel. Elevator is definitely not safe. Carpets are littered with bolts, dirt, screws. Even right in front of our room. If we would have known, we would have changed. No television as we were told they cut a wire. Way too much money for this room. Two nights of drilling and loud working.

They kept the hotel open during renovations. That would be fine, but they kept rooms available on the same floor as the construction making the experience feel like a war zone mixed with a crime scene. And somehow someone did work for like an hour in the middle of the night in the room right next to mine. Also, the workout room had an entire rack for dumbbells but they were down to 15, 25 and 35s. Maybe the others were stolen? All in all, total dump.
