Overall stay was ok. The valet service needs to be better. I valet and came back around 1am and no one was there to valet my car. I was told only one person works this property and other properties. I didn’t feel safe with my car parked on the street when I’m charged $35 a day for parking. Unacceptable. Other than that overall nice stay.

This hotel is top notch! Check in was fast and friendly, choice of parking was great, you can park across the street in a garage or choose valet parking, we used the garage. Staff was knowledgeable about the area. The hotel and rooms were very clean. I love the location, walking distance to dining. We went for a Christmas concert at the civic center which was right around the corner. Very happy with our choice to stay here and would do it again without hesitation!

Decided to vacation for two weeks with no destination in mind. Went from Texas to Florida then headed up north. Stopped in Savanna and found this place. Staff was great, friendly and know the area. Helped us with some local sites to see for our short stay, and stay on time to hit the road further north. Rooms are very modern and clean. Bar area is nice, great burger for dinner! I’d stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE! We left a valuable item in the room and it was stolen by an employee in the hotel. When speaking to the supervisor, we were told there was nothing that they could do. If you stay here, just know that your items are likely to be stolen and they will do nothing to help. Update: The item was "found" the next morning. Luckily we were still in Savannah to pick it up. I reached out to the general manager since I was not contacted. He was never made aware of the issue before I reached out. Ultimately, we were lied to by many members of the staff including the janitors supervisor who said he called the GM. Theft seems to be a reoccurring issue at this property. The GM is new to the property and seems to be actively working on this problem. Frank, the GM, was very apologetic and helpful. I recommend staying at your own risk and if you do, be sure to either lock up anything valuable or bring it with you while you are aware from your room.

The entrance of the hotel was very pleasing to the eye. It looked very nice and clean. The hotel lobby smell was amazing. The front desk staff that checked us in. He was super disrespectful and seemed super annoyed at basic check in questions and seem to be in a rush. The gentleman was on the heavier side with a gold nose ring. I have never received such horrible customer service. We were being super nice to him and he was just full of disrespect. We were extremely disappointed and was hoping he wouldn't check us out. But, he was there to check us out too. Just ruined our trip with is horrible attitude.
