This hotel is worn out. Yes, the room are a nice size and the views are great. The bathrooms and room need to be redone. Perhaps this was a four star hotel as Mr C, but no more. It is a low three star Hilton. No coffee in the rooms. Parking is $66.55/night and the "resort Fee" is $40! With taxes, add another $120 to your daily rate. Not at all worth it. Room service does not have a continental breakfast and the grapefruit juice was not fresh but canned (horrible taste!) It took 3 trips to get coffee/cream and along with a croissant, muffin, and juice, came to $42 before tip. It was not that good. First and last stay here with too many options at more central locations.

We've chosen Cameo Beverly Hills for our stays multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast is always delightful, with consistently delicious options. The room service maintains the same high standard, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. A standout moment was during our honeymoon when Jarya went above and beyond to provide us with an incredible upgrade. His thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of magic to our special occasion. The experience here at this hotel was undoubtedly bad and disappointing. The service was absolutely terrible. There was a mandatory destination fee required when we arrived and contains $32 for breakfast. Each day there are $32 for each room as credit, and if you don’t use them, you’ll waste them. So not to waste money, we had breakfast every day at the hotel trying to use those money. Sadly, the price at the hotel restaurant was high and not worthy. Without any notice, they cost me $7 for a kid size pineapple juice which is even smaller than my palm. I thought the juice was freshly made instead of getting me a can juice. We decided to order to-go for one dish and a muffin later on not to exceed the $32 credit, BECAUSE THE BREAKFAST IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THAT PRICE. Guys save your money and have a nice brunch at other places!!! We ordered blueberry muffins along with the dish. For two days, the restaurant forgot to bring the muffin with the to-go bag. We had to get down to lobby and ask for them, so ridiculous. Also, one day we ordered the same thing as before which the food cost $27. But the people HIMSELF at the restaurant put a MANDATORY GRATUITY on our bill. We can’t take this sorry. The service was super terrible, slow, and lazy. Why can a service person at the check counter himself put a tips on his own without letting us know???????? We also experienced other inconvenience in our room. For example, the shower was never ready for use, you have to wait for centuries for hot water to come out, the TV screen was literally broken, the charger on the desk has no electricity to charge. EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
