The place is conveniently located only 2 blocks from Napoli Centrale. Very clean and nice interior with AC and a rollable window blind to ensure you get good nights sleep. Owner was very friendly and helped us with check in and breakfast is served at the family’s caffe next door. We also got a brief overview of the touring routes as well as transportation within the city. We requested a taxi after check out but instead got a ride from the owner at a fair price. Overall they were a very nice family. We would come back again if we stop by Napoli.

Very nice room. Wished we could have stayed longer. Other guests coming in at night were very very loud. This was the only negative part of the process. I’d stay in this spot again. Owner was responsive and helped arrange transportation to the airport. It feels more like an Airbnb vs a hotel.

A little tricky to find, but a great location and place to stay. We booked via Booking.com, but they kept us up to date via WhatsApp and always reply and answer the phone. As seems to be common with tourist accommodation in Naples (from all local hotel reviews) the walls are very thin and you can hear other residents, but our sleep was not interrupted. City tax to be paid in cash (but not demanded at check-in) and we gave it to the staff member on our first morning. The same staff member was on site in the mornings and doesn't speak English, but she is very quick to call her colleagues and pass you her phone to communicate. Our family (X4) room was very spacious and spotless, as was the entrance hallway. The whole place smells beautiful throughout. Air-con, tea making facilities, mini fridge (stocked with bottled water) and safe as standard. Our room also came with a balcony and motorised shutter which is an awesome black-out blind, but doesn't deaden the traffic noise. Highly recommended. Side notes: The lift looks old and rickety, but is a smooth ride and safe. The tv also has working YouTube, *Prime Video and *Netflix (*login required).

Nice stay, check in was easy, room had everything you could need. Breakfast was at the owners cafe 1/2 block down, simple pastry and coffee. Although the area around Napoli Centrale isn’t the nicest, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and it’s convenient to be able to catch the metro, train, or buses to any destination you’d like to go to! Thank you for the nice stay!
