I love the location, the security and the front desk staff, however the agency who manages apartment 706 did not have their phones on and we had to wait in lobby for 45min before they arrived. The apartment was dirty, the carpets has not been cleaned in over a year, the roof is damp(paint coming off), the shower and bedding was dirty, all the cups were different sizes, the apartment had no toaster and was full of dust. All apartments are managed by different agencies, this specific apartment is not maintained or managed well. They also do not provide any additional towels and we stayed for 3 days.

I really enjoyed my experience here! The front desk/security personnel were very friendly, the corridors and surrounds were spotless and the apartment that we stayed in had the most spectacular view of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lion's Head. We could hear some flurry of activity from the docks but were shielded from most of it by the apartment block across the Canal. It was such an awesome location that made having no car a breeze as we could safely walk to the V&A and surrounds!
