Very efficient personnel at the reception, and very helpful for ordering a taxi, finding a place to eat etc Room is very comfortable, and relaxing. Bathroom has a big shower, and toiletries are provided. Air conditioning works well and can be altered to suit yourself. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 10th, top floor. But there is no possibility of lunch or evening meal.

I was a bit worried seeing some of these reviews, but had no problems at all with my Agoda booking. Large, comfortable rooms, a hot shower and a simple breakfast. Might be a little over-priced, but not a bad place to stay if you need to on this side of town.

SCAM HOTEL: Had a terrible experience at this Hotel. We had booked our rooms through Agoda and were told upon arrival that our rooms had been cancelled by the hotel. Later to find out that the staff told us that Agoda was underpaying them and therefore it’s either we have no rooms or we have to pay extra. It’s obviously a SCAM. We were stranded without a room late at night and were forced to pay extra to stay at the hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude and had a gangster-like behavior, insisting that the manager is asleep and kept pushing its blame on agoda. It was a very intimidating and uncomfortable situation. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It is a complete scam and the staff is aggressive and rude. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. Side note: upon checking out, we overheard new guests falling into to the same scam. I hope that they get their refund.

scam hotel stay at your own risk! probably run by a scam syndicate when we arrived, the hotel told us our Agoda booking has been CANCELLED, even showing them our Agoda booking was useless. They even produced an Agoda cancellation email and said they had no regular rooms. My booking was also fully paid to Agoda before my trip and the full amount deducted from my card. This was 10pm at night and we were stranded without a hotel to stay for the night. the staff said we had to pay 1,200,000 VND for an upgraded room and we had no choice but to fork it out. Later when we asked for written proof that we didn't stay in our Agoda booking, so that we could get a refund on Agoda's end, the hotel suddenly said the 1.2 million is a top up because Agoda had underpaid them. We insisted that if the booking went through, give us our original room but they said they couldn't do the refund. Our only hope is to get back our original booking amount from Agoda and the hotel will insist that you go through Agoda to get a refund. The next morning when I was checking out, I overheard a DIFFERENT hotel staff telling another guest the exact same thing. That's when I realised they were using Agoda's name to scam customers. 1) DO NOT EVER PAY EXTRA - we had no choice as we had a family of 8 and it was 10pm at night 2) BE FIRM and insist on staying in your booked room, they likely have your booking and just want to extort additional money using Agoda 3) INSIST on speaking to the manager. the front staff will try their best to block you but if you are firm and insist on the manager, they will eventually relent 4) the staff will tend to guilt trip you and say things like 'it is not our hotel fault why are you blaming the hotel it is agoda we are also victim' do not fall for it. they said the same thing to every guest. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Even a confirmation email or booking letter from agoda is useless here.

Highly recommend. New hotel with spacious rooms and large shower (and we only booked standard) and amazing value! The young gentleman who checked us in around 11pm was super helpful and offered to order us food from his phone as we were hungry after a long flight and all restaurants in the area were closed. Breakfast has nice selection with a good cooked to order menu as well as continental buffet. Not in the old quarter but Grab cars are so cheap. Would stay here again.
