I have stayed several times. The rooms are inconsistent. The thermostats do not work in some rooms. The stoves do not work correctly in some rooms. Water pressure is low in the showers. Really wish there were better restaurants closer. That said, it is currently my go to place to stay in Austin.

My first time to stay at a Candlewood suites and this one was quite nice and a pleasant surpise. Location is convenient and short drive to the UT campus area. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Room was nice,bed very comfortable and tv large enough with several channels. Small complaint tv is not adjustable and outlet is too close to wall couldn't plug in my firestick which I use when traveling so it's like having my tv from home on the road. Note they do not offer breakfast but that's what Juan in a Million Is for.

Love this hotel. Cleanliness and temperature are my top priorities and I am highly satisfied. The hotel is near 183, 290 and IH 35 but not too close where the sound of traffic bothers you. The only thing I don't care for are the prices in the store (food, drinks, basic necessities ). There are prices scattered around the store for different items in addition to a list posted on the wall ( I assumed were the correct pricing lists since they were organized and had every item available for sale). When I took my item to the front, I was given a different price. Please communicate with your team and remove/update the wrong prices so there are no misunderstandings! I will order out & have things delivered but it would be nice to get things from the store. Thank you for the upkeep and cleanliness. I will be returning!
