Staff service is exceptional! Minutes to the Dolphin Mall, but the rooms are dated but spacious & clean. Comfy beds, all the amenities of a suite, and quiet. Will stay here again for an extended stay, good quality for the price!

Filthy hotel ever. I only took it because of kitchen. From hallways to hotel room everything smells very bad. Cockroaches running everywhere. Washroom bedroom is too much smelly I never experienced before. 1 star hotel and I don’t know how Mariot approved as partners hotel. Don’t come here to waste your time and money…

Wow, worst TownePlace ever. Not up 5o Marriott standards. The place was filthy, needed lots of repairs, windows were broken, etc. But the worst of the worst was the awful smell. The halls have no windows to the outside so have never been vented since they opened the hotel. Absolutely horrible experience. Seriously we had a 2 night stay and the wife said she wanted to move after the first night. Did I mention horrible?

First off I have stay and been member of Marriott for some time and choose to use Marriott for all trips if possible. The Townesuites on my recent stay was by far the worse experience and stay EVER! That front staff were very nice and friendly. The property on the other hand is AWFUL, DIRTY. Marriott should be ashamed to have this listed, I have pictures from my recent stay, I will share and will be posting my review on travel sites. I booked multiple rooms for our party based off BONVEY app, which stated there was shuttle service-there was not. The property, elevator did not work on one of the buildings so they had to switch us rooms. Room had trash on the floor still, bathroom was dirty, tub was dirty and mold. The stove and oven where dirty fridge was as well. Carpet had huge rips in it, I have pictures. Rooms smelled like mold, we had to cancel and move one of the parties due to MOLD smell and issue for medical reason and could not breath. The front office staff were friendly but not experienced in providing movements. I would NEVER stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay there. It is very dishearten for me to write this, I enjoy Marriott properties but not this one.
