This is a great affordable hotel with city and canal views. It is of modern design and the staff is nice. The breakfast spread was a little different each day and they offer a great variety of foods. I love the selection and the fact that they start breakfast early. Generally there was no one down first thing in the morning so I was able to enjoy a quiet breakfast at 6am. The hotel offers a bar on the main floor, spa, gym, rooftop pool & bar, and more. It is also right in Al Seef off the water where there are local shops, diners/restaurants, The Museum of Illusions, a convenience store, boat tours, etc. there is so much to do. I truly enjoyed my time at Canopy!

The hotel is modern, the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, not to mention the view from the rooftop with pool, which is superb!!! The location is perfect, very close to the promenade that runs along the creek, leading to stores and restaurants... Really well situated! We had a great stay at this hotel and recommend it without hesitation.

A lovely hotel with great service in a quiet and lovely location on Dubai Creek. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is really lovely and well thought out, including big bottles of lovely smelling soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner rather than the extremely environmentally unfriendly small bottles of these products. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a small kettle, and coffee and tea are provided. The only thing missing in the bathroom is a makeup mirror. Everyone was wonderful, especially Abbas who called taxis for me because I was having trouble with my Uber app. The rooftop bar has a breathtaking view of Dubai Creek and great drinks!!! Such a bonus! The location is really lovely, quiet and clean but there seem to be retail and restaurants in the area and, if you have US Consulate business, it's less than 5 minute walk away. The ONLY thing I would suggest is automatic doors or a revolving door. It's strange to me that Hilton would fit out heavy, regular doors, especially since there aren't doormen on duty 24/7.

Awesome view and even better service. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms extremely nice and modern. The breakfast was also extremely diverse and the number of restaurants inside the hotel itself offer a lot of options. It's riverside location also offers easy access to the path going along the river . Plus, it's away from right in the middle of downtown so it's not crowded and actually quite nice !😊

I arrived at the hotel late at night and it was nice that the hotel was waiting for me, the check-in agent immediately called me by name and asked how my trip to Dubai went. I am a Gold Member of the Hilton Honors program, I was thanked for my loyalty and printed an information sheet about the hotel and my privileges, I got the maximum upgrade, this is more than they could have offered me initially, thank you. The hotel is very chamber and cozy, with a very pleasant design. The service as a whole exceeded my expectations, despite minor troubles, the manager quickly corrected the situation and even exceeded my expectations, they are really focused on the guest. I really regret that I changed the hotel to another Hilton hotel during my visit to Dubai. The only thing I would like is a variety of dishes at breakfast, every day there was the same choice of dishes, and add some choice of hot for a European tourist. I would like to highlight the waiter's girl with a pigtail, I could not make out her name. She was always in a positive mood and did her job promptly and was kind to all guests at breakfast. I like the concept of Canopy hotels with a free cocktail at the bar, but only got to use this perk once due to the inconvenient timing of the offer and my schedule. I liked the area, it's beautiful and there is where to walk. Probably the best hotel environment outside the center in all of Dubai! The next time I visit Dubai, I will consider this hotel in the first place!
