Great location, great and friendly staff. We had a one bedroom apartment with a washer (no drying function), and a kitchenette. The bed was very hard. We asked for a mattress topper so we didn't have to feel the springs. A big issue was the water temperature in the shower. The controls got extremely hot and we both burned ourselves. It also keeps fluctuating, so the temp does not stay. The AC functions but it's rather loud. Breakfast was very subpar compared with most hotels in that price class. It is dated while pictures look interesting, the actual experience is disappointing. Overall we would not stay here again. Not sure how this is ranked a 5 Star hotel. It felt like 3+ at best.

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, I was impressed with the friendly demeanor of the receptionist and the bell boy. However, I felt compelled to an issue that arose during my time at the hotel. During my visit, I observed a disparity in the manager's treatment of different customers in the breakfast dining area. It appeared that she exhibited favoritism toward Western guests while showing a lack of hospitality towards Asian customers. As a customer, this was concerning and disappointing to witness. In a service-oriented industry like hospitality, it is crucial that all staff members, especially those in managerial positions, treat every guest with the same level of respect and professionalism regardless of their background. I believe that this level of inconsistency in providing hospitality can significantly impact the reputation and standard of service at the hotel. As a customer, I value fair and equal treatment for all guests, and I hope that the hotel holds the same commitment. I encourage the management to address this issue and ensure that all staff members, including the manager in question, receive the appropriate training and guidance to uphold the standards of hospitality that the hotel aims to provide.

In the heart of Bangkok you will be impressed with its location and standards. I really enjoyed the lounge and gym facilities. Everything was clean, picturesque and 30 seconds to the 7-11 shop.

Great staff shout out to Golf-san, very quick response on repairs of speaking doors. Excellent breakfast something new each morning, free bottled water came in very handy. Very minor issue was the next door neighbor using the Harmon Kardon speaker. Music was too loud at 1:00 AM. Contacted front receptionist they informed the room next door was a lot quieter after that. Would I recommend and stay at the Crew Hotel again definitely 👍🏻
