Was extremely impressed with the hotel! Arrived at night and the lights along the hotel front very nice and have that unique feeling that we were seeking visit the area. The staff is next level, specially Shemem! Very accommodating, and also wants the best experience for their visitor! Very happy with the hotel and will see you guys next time we are in town for sure :)

Awesome hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly. Mustafa went above and beyond to assist me with all my trip bookings. He's such a genuinely nice guy! I absolutely recommend staying here. The only minor drawback I found was the internet connectivity. If you're planning on working from here, you might encounter some difficulties as the internet isn't the best. But overall, it's a fantastic place to stay!

Wonderful location. Beautiful room. Helpful and informative staff. My partner and I had a truly lovely experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to the area. A special thank you to Shmem (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) who fixed a problem we raised at breakfast, fixing it before we’d finished our meal! Hospitality was out of this world.

Incredible incredible staff. Honestly, can not speak highly enough of them. From first impression to last they were exceptionally hospitable, polite and kind. The night we arrived, the gentleman (Barlas) at the reception greeted us with a smile. He initially asked for payment but once he saw how exhausted we were from the journey, then without prompt, he said not worry about it and that we need to rest first. Then the kitchen staff, particularly Shamim, was amazing. She approached us and asked if we needed anything. She also Offered to book taxis when required and made sure we felt at home. For English speaking travellers like myself it also helped that nearly everyone we interacted with at the hotel was fluent. Now let's talk about the hotel itself. Well, It's fantastic. The rooms are beautiful. The terraces are clean. The whole hotel has a cozy vibe to it and I can garantee that every visitor will enjoy there stay. The one and only downside to the hotel is that it's located slightly further away from the city meaning taxis can cost quite a bit going back and forth. However, if you have rented a car or are not too bothered about visiting the city too often or if you're happy to pay the taxi costs then this hotel is the place for you. It's the perfect get away spot and I would 100% come back.
