I Loved the room; the pool ; the hotel. The only problem is the service is below average. The receptionist is not respectful. For example I say in the end thank you, have a good day. He doesn't reply. He is very harsh. They don't clean room, we have to ask many times. They are lazy.... But we had a good service from the persons in front of the entrance who take luggage, open door and also from restaurant.

Please make it perfect. This hotel stands out due to its exceptional designs and concepts. All rooms are situated on high floors, offering a delightful view. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful, and the toiletries were complete. However, the weighing scale was not functioning. I also encountered a painful headache and backache because the pillow was not suitable for me, despite the availability of a pillow menu. Perhaps I should inquire about all the pillow types to find a better match. On the downside, the in-dining food was disappointing. There's a need for improvement in the quality of food, especially for a hotel of this standard.

I have just stayed at this place for 3 nights and loved it! The staff was very welcoming, attentive, and polite. Going for a breakfast was a joy on its own as the friendly staff would brighten my day from early morning (as I was still jet-lagged 😅). Their service was just perfect incl. the reception (Feroz and Anna). The room was perfectly clean and towels super fresh. The pool was just amazing with views out of this world especially after dark 🤩.It is first time ever I have chosen serviced apartments as a type of accommodation and it turned out to be a perfect choice for me - you get some more amenities comparing to a regular hotel room, yet with a convenience of breakfast (if you select it as option at additional charge). It was totally by accident I discovered this chain (Capri by Fraser), but can definitely recommend and will soon stay with them in another country. I don’t really know where some of the bad reviews are coming from. Just wanted to share my experience - which I hardly ever do. To me this stay was fantastic and worth every single cent spent on it! 😊

Second time at this location. Been recommending this place to friends and family. Location is great, very close to popular places in KL yet without the hellish traffic of Pavilion. Rooms are well equipped with a microwave and a small kitchenette. There’s a 7E and Speedmart 99 nearby which settles ALL your travelling needs such as snacks, toiletries and other miscellaneous items. Very satisfied with the staff as they are very attentive, conscientious and helpful. Even their security helps with baggage and opening doors. Overall we were honored to be a guest at this place and would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking a stay in KL.
