Catastrophic! A real scam we booked an apartment for 4 and found ourselves in a small studio with water leaks in several places (due to the storm)! Alerted agency staff came to mop up, an hour later it was the same. Identical situation in our friends' apartment. They suggest that we move and 50€ compensation (on more than 1000€ paid)! This agency practices large-scale scams with a smile, everything is paid in cash and in advance. It’s hard to be more dishonest; in their defense, it must be recognized that it is in Capri's DNA. Advice: flee because once there you are trapped!

More than courteous and more than professional. Leaving aside the beauty and spaciousness of the apartment where unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, their availability and kindness are the qualities that will leave you impressed. I have already promised myself that when I return to visit Capri I will find accommodation with them again, and that if I win the Super Enalotto I will buy a house in Capri with their advice.
