DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy your deposit being stolen with no tangible reason other than to line their pockets with your money. The short, round, asian man behind the desk in the office told me that I am not getting my deposit back because supposedly "the sheets were damaged." He wouldn't say how they were damaged. Wouldn't produce a picture of the damage (it's their company policy to photograph any damages and keep it filed for later use if need be). What's funny about that statement is that we didn't even sleep in the sheets because the air conditioner was cranking out hot air with no way to turn it off. We slept on top of the comforter because it was too hot. We never even pulled the bedspread back to expose the sheets in any way. So I don't believe him. I feel he needed some extra cash with Christmas just around the corner. To top it off, he wouldn't stop raising his voice saying that I needed to call the company that I booked the room with and he would discuss it with them, not me, because he didn't want the confrontation. I wasn't raising my voice at all and found it a bit off that this guy couldn't speak to me like a human being after asking about my deposit issue. He definitely is working in the wrong field because his customer service skills are the worst I've seen when faced with a problem. I was trying to find out what the problem was and encountered straight douchbaggery. Do NOT rent a room here. It's honestly not worth the headache.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Not only are the rooms nasty and smell like someone died in there, the girl in the front is horrible. Also if you arrive later that 10:30 pm, be ready to camp out in your vehicle. We got there and the lobby was closed. We called the "after hours" number and they never answered. We called our booking agents and they called. They didn't answer either. we had to stay in our car, with our kids, in a shady area. it was scary. Didn't get in to our nasty room til 8am and it was gross. So gross we had some other persons shoes in the closet. The TV did not work and the A/C and light went out. I guess they had Brakes problems. When we came back from our event we saw two different families trying to get their room but the lobby was closed so they had to stay the night in there car. Now they will not refund me my night that I stayed in the car. "It's not in their policies" but leaving people in their car for the night is. Worst place ever. Not even worth the low cost.

The kind gentlemen working the check in the night of my stay was very patient and accommodating, considering I was super space cadet that night. The room is surprisingly big. Beds a bit noisy... okay, a lot, actually. Was told there was a microwave in the room, there was not. Place was clean and nice. House keeping comes knocking and tries to enter at about 9:30 even though check out is at 11. Other then that, I had a great stay.

I spent a night there, but it was truly not worth it. They promised to have a WIFI, but there was nothing, and I was worried how I should do my office job white staying at hotel. There were lots of homeless people inside the community, and was much noise even at midnight. Moreover, the receptionist girl at Sunday 26th Nov morning was weird, and she had no respect to guests and behaving soOo bad. Management should take care of such people to avoid breaking their business down! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY STAYING HERE!

DO NOT STAY HERE ❌ It doesn’t worth your money. They tell you that they will honor early check-in, but it’s totally a lie. The receptionist even at 03:00 PM were not checking us inside and waited for her colleague to come and check-in. She knew nothing about hospitality and management, was very weird 🚫 THERE IS NO WIFI ⛔️, Rooms are not clean 🚫and have a bad smell all the time, Homeless people are walking all around the motel and inside the yard, and you will totally feel insecure staying there, Don’t choose this weird place ‼️
