This hotel is very valuable compare to what you get. The service is excellent. Since we arrived, Sebastien welcomed us like we are in the 5 stars hotel. He gave us a lot of recommendations and helped us a lot. The room is cute and clean but we can hear the noise from the neighbor and the towels looks old because of the hole.

With a welcoming facade, the lobby is also classy for a narrow hotel like this. Everything could be visited with small walks. Street around the hotel are relatively quiet. Staffs are SUPER friendly and helpful ! My son got tons of compliment (and candies 🤣) . Breakfast is generous ! Love the Pho on the rooftop! Overall, i would not hesitate to come here again. See you when we see you !

An amazing stay at this hotel for 3 days. Great value, great location and great service from the team! Special thanks to Ann, who welcomed us when we walked in and provided us with an amazing service. She even took her time to go through some popular tours they had and got us great deals on them. All the tours we did were amazing! Thank you Ann and to the Carillon hotel team!

My stay in Carrilon boutique hotel was par excellence . Very clean and tidy room. The entire staff was extremely helpful . Special mention of Tom who’s at the front office ..he went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and make me feel at home. Both Ann and Tom gave me useful tips about where to eat vegetarian food .It felt like home away from home with them around.
