We got a clean, big and comfortable room! The stuffs were super super friendly! We slept well. The breakfast was enough for us. Easy good parking. It was a great stop, we were well rested and able to travel next day.

This hotel is not for guests looking to get the best service from the hotel staff. From the receptionist who is on the frontline of first interaction between the guests and the hotel management, there is nothing having a semblance of welcoming gestures from the receptionist which guests are normally most entitled to. Instead, queries from guests are answered by the front desk receptionist with curt sarcastic remarks during checkin. As decent and educated ethical asian nationals, we deplore the discriminatory, bordering on racist belittling acts of the lady receptionist of this hotel. The manager unfortunately was much worse. He blatantly displayed his insensitivities to our plight regarding the rude behavior of his staff when notified of our legitimate complaints on the awfully uncomfortable room conditions that we as guests brought to his attention. He was even fortrightly defensive of his lady receptionist even when informed of the detailed narration of the offensive attitude that we were subjected to. At the outset, we did not go to Italy to be badmouthed by an ill bred staff during reception and at a time that we expected to be ushered into our respective rooms to rest our weary bodies after a day long cross country motorcycle ride. We will dare to make this an issue worthy of reporting to our consulate highlighting the scornfully abusive treatment that we experienced in this hotel. As Philippine government officers ourselves on a tour of Europe, we will exert all efforts that this matter be brought to the attention of the Italian goverment through our own foreign affairs office, and that appropriate actions be undertaken against those responsible

We arrived on July 17, 2023 @ 5pm. Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful, unaccommodating. Dont want to give her name. The management should not accept such employee. First we ask why the A/C is not cold then she told us that nothing she can do. I told her to change our room she said NO. I told her if we could sleep on the lobby since AC here is cold and she said NO also. I told her to refund our money and we just want to transfer hotel she said NO. You can cook hard boiled egg in the room with the A/C on. Second my colleague ask whats for breakfast then she answer : You will find out tomorrow.
