Super quiet and peaceful bed and breakfast that is perfectly located in Capri. It's a ten minute walk to the city centre (and five mins on the cable car from there down to Marina Grande), it's a five min walk downhill to the quiet and marvelous Marina Picolo (10 mins uphill return). As with all of Capri, you need to be reasonably mobile to enjoy it. If you have anything other than hand luggage - book porters to get your bags to your room from the port. The setup is Augusto (owner) on the top floor with three B&B rooms on the ground floor in the gardens. This is really cute and means you have a great outlook of the gardens and the sea when eating breakfast on your terrace in front of your room. The rooms aren't stunningly modern, but everything is in good condition and clean and tidy too. AC works perfectly. Large room overall with a small bathroom. Lots of storage space for clothes etc. Breakfast is simple - croissant, fresh bread, boiled eggs, yoghurt, juice, and coffee. But a really nice way to start the day. Augusto and his mother run the b&b and are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, great tips on what to do on the island. Only negative was that the rooms are close together so we could hear other couples talking sometimes (not words just noise). We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Quite a quaint bed and breakfast. Located just a short walk from the main street (via Roma) and on a gorgeous pedestrian-only street (via Mulo), this place is perfect. Augusto, the owner, delivers you breakfast on your own private patio in the backyard garden. I'd stay here again!

I made the reservation through Booking.com. The apartment is easily reachable by taking the bus or funicular from Capri's Marina Grande. There are some steps along the pedestrian path but not many, all downhill. Convenient to the center and what the island offers. Upon entering the property you encounter a wonderful, well-kept and flowery garden. Our apartment was the central one on the ground floor with armchairs and umbrella for having breakfast or simply relaxing. Upon entering, a comfortable double bed with a large piece of furniture, a television, a refrigerator which is essential on hot days, and everything you need to make a cup of tea or coffee. Towels of various sizes. In the bathroom a large fully tiled shower with two hand showers and space to change inside, a large mirror and hair dryer. Mosquito net at the entrance. Everything perfectly clean. Cleaning was done every day in both the room and the bathroom. We had spoken by telephone before our arrival to give an exact time of our arrival. Augusto and his mother are exquisite and very friendly people, they always served us an excellent breakfast with fresh products and also advised us on what and how to visit the whole island. Super recommended.

I have just spent my holidays with my children in this very pleasant place, very clean rooms in typical Capri style immersed in a garden full of flowers and fruit trees with a glimpse of the sea where a rich and varied breakfast is served, consisting of homemade desserts, yogurt , milk, coffee, fruit and jams of all kinds. Augusto and his mother are very helpful and discreet people, always ready to provide very useful information to discover this wonderful island. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes from the square and the beaches of Marina Piccola. The villa is located in an elegant and quiet area and has various green corners with deckchairs and sofas. Suitable for those who love tranquility and those who love waking up immersed in the sounds of nature. Excellent value for money...highly recommended!! Angela, Rome
