The company itself was helpful, easy to contact and provided a welcome agent who met us after hours (there is a charge for any check in after 8 pm) to let us in. Our welcome agent Marcello was very helpful and nice. The apartment is well located, walking distance to great sights. The apartment itself isn’t wholly like the pictures. There are some decorations that are in the pictures and the place was not as clean as we would have expected. The toilet seat downstairs was broken and was a real fall hazard and the fan in the main lounge room was dirty. It’s also in the first floor of an old building so there is no lift if you have a lot of heavy luggage like we did.
