This is really good hotel. We were two family and booked two rooms. Staff and manager are very helpful and polite. They have provided decent breakfast. Location of this hotel is amazing. Its looks like is only for youngster as there are pubs and club there. But its not very loud and people are there very friendly and i feel safe all the time. Also, positive about this location is most of tours pick up point is very closed from this hotel. I would defensively recommend to everyone to book this hotel.

The location is perfect. It’s in the old town. Rooms were clean and all the employees who work here are very friendly and helpful. My only problem is with the complete non involvement of the owner. This hotel is no longer owned by Mr. Sedat. On our first morning we discovered that the front door is locked and there is no way to get out of the hotel. We had a guided tour at 7 in the morning. I called the owner 20 times but no response. We eventually had to get out of the hotel through a small window in the reception office. The staff was very apologetic but we heard nothing from the owner. Other than that it was a good experience.

I have to let people know about this place , can’t even call hotel , is a terrible place nothing like show in the pictures is a big scam !! Please don’t make same mistake as we did , we arrive late night the reception was smell like a dead body , all dirty , so hot , the guys was sleep on the couch very bad first impression, wen we get to the room the smell from the bathroom was same as the reception , smell so bad , the glass bathroom door was broken and fell into my feet I ended in the emergency to have medical asistan , the door was roten & discomposing u can see outside , the poor condition of the room , is a mold all around , people can get sick w that is very dangerous !!! The guy not even care about nothing in the place , we ended booking another hotel around the corner call Kiana KALEICi is just $20 more and was amazing hotel so fancy , of course I told the guy the reason we live and he just say I’m sorry Not even care , I don’t understand how people run this type of hotel !!!! I want to live all the info and the pictures shows in the page are nothing compare the reality , they can say that we booked a regular room but the room is imposible to stay

An absolutely fantastic experience. The staff are extremely friendly and go the extra mile for you. The rooms are serviced on a daily basis. Breakfast was substantial and varied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Sedat was extremely polite, helpful and friendly - he works excellent hard to keep his guests happy. We had a few external problems which he helped us solve during our stay. What an absolutely wonderful person. We would like to thank the team for their hospitality and wish you all the very best for the future.
