I forgot my keys in the apartment, their phone number does not answer in Napoli,it is switched off. Only 1 phone number for whole Napoli appartements and it is switched off already at 18h00. I called their center in Milano but they couldn't reach them in Napoli. I had to stay outside in the cold.i called a serrurier but he couldn't open the door.i had to pay him for comming. Fortunately the kind and lovely neighbors helped me,they called the pompieri and the police and Fortunately police could contact the owner of the appartement and he came and opened the door.if not I had to stay outside for the night in cold and my money was in the appartement, I couldn't go to a hotel. Their service in Napoli is very 👎 bad. I don't recommend this company,their service is very bad.

DO NOT USE. I never write reviews... however I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this organization. I lost power at my airbnb and had to leave in the dark. I have received zero support and NO productive response to my multiple inquiries about getting a refund. Now I'm wasting my time working through Airbnb for a refund. DO NOT USE.

The worst experience I've ever had with an Airbnb. Never book with this company. We were a party of 5 and booked an Airbnb in Sorrento hosted by this company. When we arrived in Sorrento we tried to contact the host for an exact location as the google maps location wasn't accurate and we had walked up and down the main road for an hour. The host was unresponsive. We finally thought we found the property and were waiting outside the property trying to contact the host but they were still unresponsive. We raised an issue with Airbnb who could not contact the host for over an hour. Once the host finally reached out to us they were incredibly aggressive and rude to the point of making one of us cry, all because we raised the issue with Airbnb. At this point we were fed up, feeling unsafe on the road with all our belongings, and emergency booked another Airbnb as it was starting to get late. Now we're trying to get our money back. Avoid this business and their properties.

The location was wonderful! Easy walk to the promenade or to go see the views at Napoli. Nearby Sperun plaza. Quiet street so it was peaceful inside the room. We had everything what needed for the stay....kettle, fridge, nice towels, fresh linen and plenty of storage space. The bed was really comfortable. Shower was great with perfect water pressure. Everything you need for a nice holiday in Napoli.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS! If I could give Wonderful Italy minus stars I would. We booked a beautiful apartment in the heart of Naples through Airbnb only to find out that our host was not a person, rather a company that manages apartments by the name of Wonderful Italy. Our key issues with the place: 1. Extremely unresponsive communication. Our apartment was managed by Karin, an employee of Wonderful Italy. She only bothered to return about half of our messages, and even then, she responded with several hours, sometimes days of delay. On top of that, she took no action whatsoever to address the numerous blocking issues we reported. We felt left alone, with no support from the host and, quite honestly, completely ignored, as if what we were experiencing didn’t matter to them and they did not have a stake in trying to address the basic blocking issues we were reporting. I must admit that I was left wondering: Is this one of those cases where a company that has acquired a tarnished reputation lets things go to waste just because they know they are shutting down and opening under a new name? I will keep an eye on it and update here if that happens! 2. No Wi-Fi. Even though the place was advertised as having Wi-Fi, we never had Wi-Fi for 5 days. Karin kept telling us she would send someone, but she never did. Because of the lack of Wi-Fi, our third guest had to check out after the first night because he had important work meetings that he couldn't miss, thus adding to the general cost (which was already quite steep!) for us who booked this place, since we are not going to be able to charge him for 4 nights. I myself missed important meetings and planning our movements in the city was a big hassle. (Let's not even mention the ordeal of uploading our negative COVID tests to the airline the day before departure!!!). At one point we were so desperate that we had to turn on international roaming on our US phones and incur extra additional expenses because of that. 3. Malfunctioning building lock. The only entrance to the building had a malfunctioning lock. It wasn't us reporting it initially, by the way. It was the employee that Wonderful Italy had sent to show us around. After several unsuccessful attempts (about 10-15 minutes), seeing that he couldn't manage to open the lock after using three different sets of keys, he proceeded to call Karin who said she would send someone, but again, no one came. Not that day. Not any day after that. Eventually, we got in. The guy shows us around and then leaves us there in the apartment without the ability to go out or we will get stuck outside since the key is not working. Karin does not respond to several of our messages and calls until the late evening when she finally has the decency to call us back and her suggestion is the following: If the key doesn't work, wait outside the gate and when someone comes in, feel free to sneak into the building. (I promise you, I am not joking!) Overall, a dreadful experience. What bothers me most is not the issues per se, you know. I have been a host myself and issues happen. But it’s the total lack of care, complete disregard for the issues we reported and the nonexistent goodwill on the part of this company that is outrageous. I am Italian and it’s people like this that compromise our reputation worldwide. I have travelled Italy far and wide and I have always received the best welcome everywhere I went. Not this time, I guess. Airbnb has offered to reimburse part of our expenses, but who is going to refund us for a bad vacation? I hope these clowns go out of business soon! Italy is full of good people who would rather die than provide such a poor display of interest for their guests!
