Room was spacious and fit our family of 4 nicely. Bathroom was quite small and tight. Biggest problem and it was a HUGE one was the street noise. From 10pm-3am it was almost unbearable. It sounded like the party was in our room and kept our family awake most of the night. I wish we would’ve known this ahead of time. It is something that really should be disclosed. We all have noise canceling air pods and they were NO MATCH for the party that goes on below the windows on the street.

It is in a great location and has very kind and friendly staff. The apartment is clean and tidy, maintained every day. They fulfilled all additional requests perfectly and were helpful when needed. We felt like home! All recommendations!

Be aware and avoid this property if possible! I asked the hotel not to do the room cleaning and got a confirmation. But they did and discarded some of my stuffs and receipt. I found it at the garbage bin downstairs. I complained the issue via messenger app, by which we communicated without a problem. But they never replied to my complain and ignored it. Very unprofessional and unacceptable business behavior. Never to recommend anyone.

This place was difficult to find at first with only a small sign outside the door and a little buzzer. It has a strict check in time so be prepared to make it on time because no one is available on site during the evenings or mornings. However, once you get in it has beautiful rooms. It's air conditioned and even has a rain shower head with a large shower. The bed is comfortable. The location is to die for. We were able to walk to the Vatican, the pantheon, the trevi fountain and we even walked to the Colosseum, although that is a little longer. You are right in the heart of Rome with so many beautiful places to eat at. If you are there on a Saturday night be warned that it may be very loud and difficult to sleep with two bars on the street below. Honestly overall this is the perfect little place to stay in Rome on an affordable budget.

We LOVED the place! Self check in - very easy and efficent. Location - THE BEST location EVER - with everything in a walking distance, super central with all the great sites around it. The area is really great, hip, and beautiful. Very nice staff (eventhough everything was via email/WhatsApp, like an Airbnb). Cleaness - the room was very clean, with daily cleaning service which is really nice, the room smelled good, and the bathroom was clean and nicely disinged! Bottom line - great value for your money (it is not exenssive), we highly recommend the Navona Charme suite hotel!!
