We had a great stay as we were close to V&A Place was clean and neat but we had a problem of TV remote and we that made us not to watch movies. The weather was an indoor and we wanted so much to watch movies and it really disappointed us.

Place is ok, clean and tidy. Building is old but our place was updated. Could do with TLC though. Bathroom not so great. Bedding smelt wet like it had not been dried properly. Extra blankets for warmth would have been nice. And extra towels. Place is secure as you need a tag to get in. Good location as Woolworths and restaurants are on the Main road around the corner and you can walk. Quick drive with uber to V&A. Very noisy with screaming children behind the building sounds like it may be a pre school. Drilling and other noise in building. Do not recommend if you are at this place during the day on a weekday.

Nice enough accommodation if you're on a budget. The room was fairly dated. Same with pretty much everything in the rooms. But it was clean and comfortable. With 24 hour security and access control it felt quite safe, not that it's a bad neighbourhood either. Underground parking behind a gate was a bonus. There's a Woolworths Food store a very short walk away. Some restaurants and other shops as well. Within walking distance of Cape Town Stadium. I would stay there again.
