Certain dishes were tasty like the lunch meals. Breakfast items were a bit oily. Location easy to find. Hotel road definitely needs some work done. The eating area and decor a bit outdated. Very busy with people. The pool area upstairs is nice and spacious with alot of greenery. Crowd a bit rough with more youngsters not upscale at all but still respectful. Staff was friendly trying their best.

I went to Brunch on New Year's Day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food for the most part was good. However it took over an hour to get an omelet from that station. There was only one person assigned. In my view there needs to be a better system to avoid long lines. Also I have not been there in a while and the road to get there is narrow in some areas and drivers are not very patient. Overall I would give a rating of 5 out of 10.

Firstly, check in was at 3pm, I arrived at 8pm, I did not get the room which I booked, I waited at least 20 minutes in the lobby to even speak with someone to check in, then another 40 minutes to actually get the room (with no apology or any complimentaries for the inconvenience). The room was good,however, it can be outfitted with a kettle, microwave, drinking water, a phone for service and option for service. The toiletries is only 2 small bar soap. No iron. The TV did not have any channel. The pool is dirty. The breakfast can be better with a variety for options.

The breakfast buffet is quite tasty, would love to see a greater variety of eats though. The room was pleasant and clean upon receiving, however additional amenities could have been provided. Poolside is quite relaxing, but the pool needs a cleaning. The staff were pleasant. Generally not a bad experience, but improvement in terms of infrastructure & upkeep should be consistent.

The worst experience I’ve had is at this hotel. Three nite stay and not one day my room was clean by housekeeping. I had to request more soap and towels. While asleep one morning someone knocked once and open the door rite after . A staff stating she wasn’t here yesterday so she don’t knw wat rooms are occupied sighhhhhssss. No need for breakfast buffet with 4 items on the line every morning .
