Very great place to stay. But it's located although beside of the Big Road, abit difficult to in/out to Residence by car. Bike is OK!

Please read this review first!!! If you are deciding to buy a Residence room in this building. Review: We are a Residence, bought a room to live here. The building is very chaotic because there are schools that share common areas, a fitness center, an elevator, a swimming pool, and parking spaces that are all shared. Hotel guests have no consideration or respect for using the common areas. In addition to the school, there are restaurants and bars. Everything is chaotic. Management of the law There is no clear system of regulations. It is expected that the forensics team will still be the project team. which does everything conducive to schools and restaurants without regard Those who purchase a room in the residence section Since many of the buildings are not yet sold, there will be work to decorate the apartments on the floors. which interferes with the sound and the smell of the colors of the decorations Edit any suite I've been here for 3 years now and there's no better management. The advantage of this building is that when there is a school section, there will be a concierge that provides food delivery services. And the package arrives at the room. Order food delivery. No need to go down to pick up. Good location. Can avoid the traffic jams of Sukhumvit. Walk to the MRT. Very convenient. Walking distance to Suan Ben.
