Booked a single room for less than € 50, top value for money! Super friendly service at check-in and check-out at the main property around the corner. Located just in the center of the old quarter, it is a lovely historic house. Only disadvantage is the 3rd floor without elevator, but staff carried my suitcase upstairs. Room was small, but sufficient and bed was comfortable. Formally no breakfast, however, at 8 a clock loads of items are available for self service, as well as 24h coffee and tea

I love the vibe of the guesthouse. It has a very well designed common space which was a very elegant living room before. Old style kitchen and has some free coffee, tea, and breakfast. You can cook too. The staff at the other hotel which is the check in center for the guesthouse were very nice and professional. Though I had to call them cause it didn't find the location at first. Room was very clean and neat. Toilet is a little bit small but you can do your business there comfortably.

Overall great experience. Be aware that you do have to walk up 3 floors, and there is not elevator. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Not worth the money at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the location as it is right in the centre of Lisbon. Otherwise it’s not good. You have to walk up 3 flights of steep stairs. The room is tiny. No mirror. The worst part is the bathroom. The smell of sewage is so strong and there is no window. Don’t be tricked by the pretty pictures like we were!!

The worst hotel ever. It’s not even a Hotel, it’s an apartments. So they walked you 3 min from original place to old smelly building. It’s on the 4th floor No Elevator. Room is so tiny you can smell toilet in your bed. Sink is size of my hand, there’s mo way you’ll be able to wash your face or brush your teeth. Mattress was old on banded, your back will hurt from 1st night sleeping on it. The only good thing it’s their employees, poor people work hard for their money.
