Surprisingly, a fabulous experience to stay with amazing hospitality. Rooms are spacious, neat, daily cleaning and abundance of stuff provided to facilitate the guests. Complimentary Breakfast is sumptuous and a huge variety of dishes along with your demand. Water, Tea and coffee is complimentary all the day and night. Peaceful location. The boys on desk and cleaning staff is gentle, welcoming and helpful. I can write more because hospitality is amazing and I am enjoying my stay.

situated on the opposite side of the city to the airport but no problems with transport. ai Lovely spacious room, so clean and plenty of cupboard space . We loved the spa, and the wide sink in the bathroom. The lighting was very good you could actually see in the bathroom. A huge breakfast was provided that satisfied every taste and style. Lastly the staff tolerated our poorTurkish language skills & were always friendly and attentive. They were always helpful and their kindness made our short stay memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. I forgot to give back the key card but sent it from the airport. A wonderful and quality stay. Recommend this to others.

from September to the end of November I stayed at the Cassiel Hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Extra big compliment for the receptionist Irem she is very service oriented and helpful. Staff work together in a nice way and made an impression on me like one big family. Since I am a fussy eater I could ask every day to make food to my taste. Pleasant conversations and I saw that many visitors also had a good time. The hotel is recommended for people who travel alone, for business people and especially for families who are passing through. My next visit in Ankara I will definitely choose Cassiel Hotel.
