Stylish rooms with easy access via keypad avoiding check in wait times. The owners and staff went above and beyond. Jennifer helped out with reliable transportation and recommendations for things to do. Fabulous location on Castel Sant Angelo's doorstep! The attention to detail is impressive from organic toiletries to daily cleaning service. Amazing experience :) Thank you Jennifer! 😊

We stayed here during the Immaculate Conception long weekend...unfortunately there were very negative notes. -we have never seen the owner Jennifer -We were told that the room was on the third floor, but instead we found ourselves on the sixth floor without a lift (there is but very old) loading our suitcases up flights of stairs WITHOUT ANYONE'S HELP!!! -Also cleaning needs to be reviewed. we found a pair of smelly socks from the previous guest -Heating not working we had to call the lady several times to have a technician arrive -the television in the main room was not working, we called several times but it was never fixed IN CONCLUSION after giving the codes and the demonstration video to enter the house we never saw or heard anyone again!! They only waited for our tourist tax. There's very little that's nice about it, just the modernity of the room, the view and the central location

We have never slept in such a comfortable bed in a hotel. The bedding was very high quality and not made of synthetic fibers, so you had an excellent night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly and check-in using the door code that you received via WhatsApp also worked great. The hotel was located in a small alley and therefore very quiet. From the outside, I never expected such a great experience. Thank you for the incredibly pleasant stay :)

We found the accommodation very good. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. At the weekend there is no reception, but the instructions for access are clear and the access itself is very easy too. When we arrived, we interacted with the cleaning employee, who was very helpful. We arrived well before check in time, but it was possible to leave our bags at reception.

I stayed in this splendid new property. Clean, beautiful, modern, very comfortable and quiet apartment. Complete with minibar, kettle and espresso machine (Nespresso). It is located in a perfect position, a stone's throw from the Vatican and the most famous squares of Rome. We were welcomed by Jennifer, very kind and always available to help us. Highly recommended....we will definitely be back!!
