Nice kitchen but sadly no oven and oil for use Very good instruction manual given in the room Quite well prepared for the room Can be more clean

Very helpful and supportive when we weren't sure where places were and booked us a taxi when we were not sure what to do as my phone was not working. A fantastic location near the lake, close to shops and pick up points for trips. Apartment was clean, tidy and warm. Would definitely recommend a stay here

There is nothing luxury about these apartments. The apartment that we got they call "ground floor" in fact appears to be below the ground since you actually need to go downstairs to enter it. I was traveling with my daughter so it was a big safety concern for us. The windows of the apartment were on the ground level, the floor was below the ground. They never mentioned that online when you book with them. I would not book if I knew that they have the rooms below the ground. We did not stay there even for 10 mins but from what I saw it was very basic inside. Small bedroom, tiny kitchen area and the living room with the windows overlooking walking people's feet. I requested for a refund right away since they couldn't accommodate us but my request was denied due to non refundable policy even though we canceled the reservation and never stayed there. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend this place unless you're ok to stay in the apartments below the ground.

Lovely apartment which is well equipped and even offers some goodies like house shoes. However: 1) No lift 2) The windows are badly insulated causing them to be covered in condensating water. There is even a note that says one should leave the windows open to avoid just that. Yet, the condensation was still happening and the heating could barely cope with the open windows, such that it was rather chilly inside. 3) The accoustic insulation is non-existent. It feels more like a luxury dorm than an apartment. I almost felt part of the conversation our neighbors had. Worse than that, I could not sleep because one of them was snoring terribly and the other decided to get up and shower at 5 a.m. which was loud enough to make me wonder whether I would be getting wet as well. I might have given 3 stars if I had been able to catch some sleep ...

Clean and comfortable. The cook top was amazing. We went to a Bonus nearby to buy breakfast food daily, since the food in Iceland was so expensive. It saved. us tons of money! We were centrally located, so if you take public transit, there are stops nearby. We rented a car and parked on the street. There is free parking on the main road, very nearby. Don't be deterred by the fact there is no parking lot. I would definitely stay again.
