Stayed overnight on 16.12.23. It's an okay place for overnight stay. The entry to the hotel is via a small alleyway. Checkout took a quiet but the staff are friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The bed and the room temperature were comfortable. Stayed on the second floor, so the view out the window was the wall of the other building. The reception is open 24 hours, which is great. There are lots of Asian restaurants nearby. Personally, I won't be staying here again, but overall, it's a great hotel.

Such a great hotel. Location was the best possible in my opinion. The lane below has lots of yum coffee, breakfast and lunch options. Our room was super quiet and dark...perfect. Only slight negative was that the air conditioning was a bit average at times. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would book here again if I ever get the luck to return to Melbourne in future.

Perfect location, central to everything. Couple of tram stops only a short walk from the hotel. Rooms were tidy and service was friendly. The parking arrangement was also very straightforward and easy to understand. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Unable to keep my booking as they would not let my daughter check in and they do not take payments online from credit card for me to pay for the room. Not sure what is going on there!!! I was able to find a room elsewhere that made it very easy to pay online via a link - this should be clearly offered at this hotel and I am not ever staying at Causeway and the service was very poor despite their dismal attempt at answering my poor review
