I wanted to include my input since our experience at this hotel differed very much from this rating, and I use these ratings to choose our lodging. Beyond the fact that we could not sleep for all 3 nights we stayed here, due to the terrible sound isolation between rooms and outside, we found the service to be highly subpar to the amazing hospitality we experienced throughout our 2 weeks in Turkey. Starting with check in, we were given very obscure directions for parking, and it took my husband a few circles back to the hotel to try to get clearer directions. This was painful given the heat and distance (not to mention being tired from our long travels). Staff seemed completely unsympathetic to their unhelpfulness. Secondly, no information was given about breakfast as even an option at the hotel, so we wandered about old town in search of breakfast options every day (on the last day, we noticed there might be a breakfast option at the hotel). Thirdly, the bathroom of a “superior room” had all of 4 steps of walking space. Fourth and most disappointingly, we asked for laundry to be done at the hotel, which was pricey but convenient. We did give permission for our mixed colors to be done in 1 load, but in the 3 months of traveling and getting laundry done by folks mixing whites and colors, we have never had the disastrous result this hotel gave us. Newly purchased clothes and clothes we depended on for another month of travel were ruined, and it was obvious they washed a mixed load in hot water when we asked for cold. The staff was very defensive and argumentative when confronted. Overall, very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. The only redeeming qualities we found was the location - a beautiful part of Antalya old town - and the building’s exterior (and the cats around it, of course).

Absolutely NOISY place. You just cant sleep here. They play music, screen , talk loudy to 1.00. On another part you have a garden with a party. Hotel is very old and there is no insulation between the rooms. You hear your neighbour going to toilet😵‍💫

We came from Australia first time we stay in Antalya Cedrus Historical Kaleici boutique Hotel . Room was very cosy and nice and also clean, aircon was working extremely good n cool I've got a big thankx to lovely Hotel staff Mr Ercan,Mr Mesut n beautiful blond lady with big smile sorry I forgot her name they help us n served us from the bottom of their hearts.. I will recommend 💯 we will come back.. Hasan and Betul Ps :ohh let's not forget the beautiful friendly n lazy cat named Ceren :)) Big hug for you...
