Great hospitality and service! This hotel was the most hospitable hotel we have ever stayed in. The attentiveness of the staff and their smiling faces made us feel very comfortable. When I asked about a birthday dinner for my wife, they suggested the "Romantic Candle Light Dinner". We were seated on the second floor balcony above the pool, with candles laid out from the stairs to the table, and decorated with balloons in my wife's favorite color. The food was delicious, and they even prepared a cake and bouquet of flowers, and when we returned to our room after dinner, they decorated the bed with rose petals and balloons as a surprise. It was a fantastic and unforgettable stay.

I am absolutely blown away by this hotel! The service and cleanliness was INCREDIBLE! The best part was the hospitality! I have never stayed in a hotel with better customer service! We checked out at 12 and our bus didn’t leave till 11 pm and they let us use the pool and hang around the hotel! They even held our luggage in the office for us all day! I was falling asleep on one of the chairs by the pool and one of the workers brought me to the spa to sleep in the ac! When we came back for our luggage the woman asked if we wanted a shower before our long night of traveling and brought us to the spa shower and let us freshen up! I am blown away by this hotel! I would recommend this to anyone coming to Siem reap!

Perfect location adjacent to the markets and Pub Street. Easy stroll to the activity and easy pickup for tours. Victoria reached out to us soon after we booked to make sure everything was ready for us and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport and even joined us on the return ride to make sure we had a smooth departure. The room was spacious and well appointed and housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything clean and comfortable. The restaurant and poolside happy hour provided a great local experience before even leaving the hotel. The spa was fantastic. Te couples massage was so good that we booked 90-minute massages four days in a row. It was so great to be warmly greeted like family by the entire staff each time we walked through the lobby. I would definitely recommend the Golden Temple Boutique and would return for sure. Thanks again to Victoria for helping with all arrangements before and during our trip and special thanks to Yuthat for an enjoyable and informative transfer to the airport. arkoun chraen!

Golden Temple Residence is a lovely hotel. The room was big and clean and it had a fantastic pool area and a great restaurant which we experienced one of the shows whilst dining. Would definitely stay here again! Mr La Rorn was a fantastic tour guide taking us to many temples starting with Angkor Wat sunrise and then Angkor Thom and Ta Prom also known as the Tomb Raider temple. He was very informative, helpful and took excellent photos! Would highly recommend!
