They entry of the hotel is either through a mall or from the back of a building, plus it's located in not a very picturesque area. No complaints about the staff, rooms or food. Reasonable budget hotel. The open-air area of the restaurant is especially nice.

Value for money, great service. Have been staying here almost everytime in BKK. Walkable distance to all shopping malls, and massages are available everywhere. However, sometimes during breakfast it could get crowded at the dining area. Food is 4.5/5 Staffs are attentive and cater to all of your needs. There is also a rooftop bar!

This hotels location is good, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, great sleep. I only have one issue......There was a mix up with my booking so I was treated as 'A Walk In customer'. Because I was tired and not totally thinking I paid their rate. Why do hotels have to rip us of for double the 'On Line' rate. If I had been more alert I would have rebooked on line in the lobby for half the paid price.

stayed for 6 nights. I left a luggage in hotel lobby, hotel staff helped to arrange taxi to deliver the luggage to me, really appreciate the effort. Room is great, view is great, wifi is great, bathroom is great, bed is great. TV size is small, TV channels are less but images/signals are good enough, at least have some sports channel running. Breakfast choices are less but they ensure fresh fruits are top up promptly. location is walking distance to central world and BIG C market, need pass by main road. Traffic by car is very jam.

We stayed from 30 Dec to 1 Jan 2024. We like the room so much. The color of interior is bright white, so very bright, with wide open window. The toilet is very well build, with thick glass barrier between bath tub, shower & sitting closet. That night our room is facing the central world mall direction. So we can see a partial view of New year eve fire works . The break fast is also very delicious. We are couple with a kid of 7 years old. The restaurant attendants let us have breakfast with no question asked about our kid. ( AS we know, other hotel even charged extra for kid's breakfast). There is a lady (attendants) at the egg station is very hospitable, she is so busy & overwhelm, but she still smiled & provided our extra order of half boiled eggs . Will definetely stay in this hotel again when we visit Bangkok.
