The property is in a FANTASTIC location. Rooms were super spacious, clean and warm (we visited during Ninh Binh coldest winter for 16 years!) bathroom lovely too! We loved our stay even in the cold so can imagine it’s even more beautiful in the summer. I can’t list enough positives about our stay here. Family are super friendly, breakfast is incredible, laundry was faultless, bed comfortable, rooms immaculately clean, mopeds/ bike rental perfect and can’t put into words how helpful Hau is she is amazing running this place whilst being a full time mum to her lovely children. Even helped us book our train south (a lot cheaper than trying to book online).

Host was extremely nice, she let us in very early morning to get some rest. Then she was very quick with check in, gave us helpful tips. The room was clean and spacious for two of us. Location is also great to reach restaurants and cafes, for the sights we rented bikes and motorbikes (both by host), which worked well. All in all very much recommended!

Stayed in their bungalow room for a week. It was a very pleasant stay with the family who were always warm, nice and helpful. Room was very clean and fresh! When you rent a motorbike, the host will tell you which road to take so that you can feel comfortable when you are driving. Homestay location is perfect for everyday meal and walk around to enjoy the beautiful scenery in Tam coc. Breakfast is included and they also have Vietnamese food if you ask;)

Very nice place for stay, I fully recommend it. Lovely familiar business with an incredibly and warm service. The room is clean and spacious enough for a couple and even for come with kids. Delicious breakfasts with an amazing coffee. You can rent a bike o motorbike and they have laundry service. Extremely great value for money, close to principals attractions in the area.

The best accommodation I’ve ever been. The host is amazing. She gave us a tourist map, explained us all attractions around and helped us to plan our whole trip. We stayed only one night but we could leave our luggage at the accommodation. At the evening she allowed us to take a shower at her place. She even bought us a tickets to bus for our onward trip. We rented a motorbike here for great price 100k. We booked a bungalow and it was wonderful. Really nice and spacious room. The breakfast was delicious. We could choose from around 10 kind of food, tea or coffee and also fresh fruit juice. (See the photos). They also have a restaurant with really good prices. We haven’t eaten here because we didn’t have time.
