I have stayed in apartment 8,6 & 3. Over the course of 2 months. Decent place. Far better than most locations and buildings they have. How ever think the apartment decor is a bit short changed. Have colleagues staying elsewhere and they have bigger TVs in each apartment. Not that I am fussed but apartments are too big for the amenities in it. But all in all location is brilliant. They do say they offer weekly housekeeping but when I stayed for 3 weeks no one came. Had to ask twice for someone to come even to brush as apartment had no brush and dustpan even.

Unfortunately I need to give what was a lovely apartment a poor rating. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay and the host has cut off communication with us. There were random tubs of paint just lying around the communal hall and rubbish stinking out the area as it was all kept in a cupboard beside the lift? The host also has a no under 25s policy which is frankly ageist. Asking for a £250 deposit on-top of a £200 stay is utterly tragic - trust is a two way street. We even had to take our own bins out after the stay! Mental.

We just returned from Belfast. The Central Apartments are just perfect. The instructions for check-inn are send out by mail and are very clear. The apartment was very clean, and well maintained. On arrival, we were missing a mattress for the provided babycot. A solution was found immediately. The location is just perfect. All sights and the highstreet can be easily reached and are within walking distance.Restaurants and bars are less than 5 minutes on foot away. Small drawback, some additional cutlery and new pans and pots would be nice.
