Wonderful, Terrific, great... Sahoo and his team were absolutely splendid and took care of us like we were family welcoming us with open arms and smiles. Chef Azim went over and above to make delicious eggs from poached to omelets. The staff Heera, Alan, and Ali surpassed all expectations and always made sure the table was clean and my cup was full. This buffet had something for everything and ones best bang for their buck. I will be frequenting this restaurant and would suggest this place to anyone looking for customer service and affordability. Not only was the Staff out of this world the variety and quality of food were amazing. Thank you so much, Sahoo and team Heera, Alan, Ali, and Chef Azim you surpassed our high expectations from the United States and the Philippines.

Unfortunately, the reception and breakfast staff, in particular, are incredibly friendly. The only downside is that they I dont know everyone's names due to the lack of communication other than smiles and service. However, I appreciated taking my time for breakfast every morning, and I want to express my gratitude to the waiter, Sai, for helping me. Finally, thank you to everyone who made us feel at home.

The rooms are very clean. Just one criticism as a woman, is that lighting in the rooms could be better. The location is great if you have business around the Olaya area but it gets very busy around working hours so it is great that they have a parking available for guests underground. The staff are very friendly and helpful specially Heera, Sahoo and Sai. The breakfast offers a great variety too.

Sahoo,Sai,Heera,chef Azim My stay at the Rotana Hotel was delightful, largely due to the exceptional team at the breakfast restaurant. The staff members are simply wonderful, extremely helpful, always smiling, and made me feel welcomed in the best possible way. Every interaction was filled with hospitality that made me feel like a king. Thanks to the entire team for this memorable and warm experience!😊😊😊😊😇
