Rustic accommodation in a nice setting. Better suited to longer stays than an overnight. Sergey and Anastasia were excellent hosts.

Great place to stop for the weekend! The facility itself is located in the city, but in an area of low-rise buildings. The building is located on private territory fenced off. Parking is possible on the property, but there is no prohibition on the road, although a car will interfere with traffic there. A part of a one-story guest house with a separate entrance is for rent. One part has a view of the parking lot, the other of the garden. My stop was in the part on the parking lot side. The entrance from the street directly into the room is a little inconvenient in this regard, but in good weather it is not a problem. The room has a bed, a sofa and a folded bed that functions as a wall shelf. Technically you can accommodate 6 adults overnight. The room also has a table, refrigerator and fireplace. The hostess lights the fireplace upon arrival, but unfortunately I arrived late and the fireplace had already gone out. The room was warm, but for those who don't like this, they can turn on the central heating. Adjacent to the hall is a small kitchenette, from where there is an entrance to the shower room. The kitchen has a stove, sink, microwave and washing machine. The necessary kitchen utensils are available. Everything is neat and clean. Since the trip was for the purpose of relaxation, there was not enough TV to watch a TV series in the evening. Important note! There is no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector in the room. Since there is a fireplace, I strongly recommend that owners take care of purchasing and installing these devices! This is extremely important! Overall I was very pleased with my stay. I will definitely consider it as a possible place to stay in the future.
