Great value for money, the room was simple, but nice and very clean. Close to trains and stores yet on a very quiet street. Good quality pillows, comfy matress and nice, freshly smelling bedsheets. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The 25% discount at Lola Bakery was very nice. Recommended.

This was booked as a last minute chance to meet family in London. The price was superb and thankfully we were met with a simple but clean, well maintained, comfortable and relaxing hustle house. Our room was a good size, with a pristine en-suite. Well the rooms don't have luxuries they do have a kettle, tea and coffee. Most importantly though our room was spotless, well maintained and therefore very impressive on the edge of London at these prices.

So disappointed 😞 Arrived after a 29 hour flight to a room nothing like the photos and actually had to walk I the rain after being dropped off .to a property that was about 15 or so houses down from the actual property booked. Had to ask for towels to be changed (after 3 days)..room had an odd musty smell that no amount of spraying helped. Sorry ... although the reception was polite we did not feel we got what we paid for at all and would not recommend, especially for those after a very long travel.
