1. Location is amazing! 7 minutes walk from the cathedral and close to many great restaurants. We ate every evening in a different restaurant near the apartment. 2. Owner is a great guy, helped us with every problem or inconvenience we had fast and professional. 3. clean apartment and tidy. The wifi is super and the bed was so comfortable we had trouble getting out of it in the mornings. 4. The apartment is close to the metro and to a lot of scooters and bicycles. · At the first day we had trouble with the shower. But they fixed it the very next day and even offered us to change room. So it is not really a problem.

Convenient, decent apartment, stairs awkward with pushchair; despite lift you need to do a few stairs. We'll kitted out for short stay. Bathroom door handle falling off.

The apartment is very nice and equipped with what you need. The location is convenient for reaching the center in a short time given the metro just a stone's throw away. However, what clashes with this is the lack of professionalism of the staff. Before going there we asked the staff how to get there by public transport from the station, to make sure we didn't make mistakes. After receiving them we realized they were different from the main address provided by booking, but we still chose to trust the staff given the various local locations (also visible from Google). Once we followed the directions and arrived at the office we realized that the apartment was not the one and that therefore there had been errors on the part of the staff in communicating the address to us. By calling, they apologize for the mistake and tell us the new address, promising us a small refund (not received so far), aware that a mistake can happen to anyone. We publish the review on booking, describing the reality of the facts. We are told that the mistake is ours as we were unable to find the apartment as we didn't read properly and that the staff had nothing to do with it. We were overlooking this error but with this response and the less than serious attitude, it has become a problem worth reporting. Too bad, I would have given even more stars!
