I absolutely loved staying here! So much so that I left to go to Cambodia and came back and stayed there. The BEST thing about this place is the staff - everyone is so kind and helpful, they really go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. The rooms are big with large balconies, and there are additional things such as laundry service, free pool towels and free transport to Chaweng Noi beach and Chaweng Beach (I believe) which is a great addition especially if you don’t have your own transport. I will definitely come back to stay here again and would recommend Chaweng Noi Pool Villa to everyone! Thank you for your kindness!

We are sad to say that this place wasn't at all what we had hoped for. We got a smelly room number one, then we changed to smelly room 2, and then to a less smelly room 3. There were small ants in every room as well. Today, we're promised to change the room to the upper floor. We'll see if it is better. The staff has been very helpful and kind, tried their best to organize for us. The hotel itself has a nice pool area. Beware, it says that you can walk to the beach, this is not true so the marketing for the hotel is false. You need to take a bus, bus service provided by the hotel for free to the beach at sertain times. Wouldn't rate this as a 4 of out of 5, I give it a 2,5. We hope the management will do something about the smelly rooms on the ground floor. Look through the aircon in the rooms, fix hot water in the basin, the shower had good hot water, and pressure was fine. Update about the room on the upper floor. I don't know if to cry or laugh, but the room was the same as others, smelly and moldy. Horrible.
