Common area is clean, room have window, not narrow and clean. Elevator not work this time, spent lots of time to maintain it (more than 3 months already since March and now is June. -Old air condition -Old water heater -TV are in the room for show - no working. Has one officer here, look after cleaning part. Not safety place. The area are people crowded, so it will be always getting Noise sound. Distance to LRT Masjid Jamek around 600 meter. It's long distance, have to spend time to walk and cross the road. Few restaurants here, mostly Indian style. Have convenient stores like 7-11, KK Price range for rental 840 rm. - 940 rm. It's good price, can be saving your pocket but inside have so many things not fixed yet which is unreasonable. Goodluck.

Don’t ever come here for rent, they loot your money no proper washing machine, Dryer, no proper kitchen and no proper WiFi

Almost six hundred meters from Jamek Mosque LRT. The surrounding environment is Indian. 3 Indian restaurants and 1 cart shop There's an offering. Downstairs, the exterior looks beautiful and clean. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, and washing machine for common use. But enough to come in The room is not perfect at all, such as the air conditioner is not cool, the good water machine is missing, some parts are damaged, the water is cloudy. When I came in, the elevator was still under repair. She said it would be finished within 2 weeks, but I've been here for a month and there's still no sign of it. Seriously, it took him more than three months to repair it. It's already the fourth month. Providing assistance is slow. It took weeks for each item to be repaired. The room is spacious enough to stay in. To the point where it's okay for us, but I personally think it's not worth the rent I paid. The more the elevator doesn't work, the worse it is. Whoever can accept this, it doesn't matter. Good luck.
