This was a last minute small get away for the wife and I. When I made the reservation I did request for a queen size bed but we ended up getting two single beds. I’m a tall guy (6’4”) and this bed was a bit small for me. The room overall was clean and spacious. The in room hot spring tub was a good size as well and the water source does contain sulfur springs water. The biggest downside for us was the morning breakfast buffet. There wasn’t a lot of selection of food to choose from and the hot food items were all cold. Even the porridge was only lukewarm. If you are looking for a quick inner city getaway and are in the mood to relax in a personal in room hot springs tub then you might want to consider this location.

I liked it. Breakfast included, the personal spa was nice, and I liked the room layout. It was also near the park which is why I chose it in the first place. The lobby smells of sulphur but that didn't bother me (it's a hot springs resort!).

The room come with onsen is good but to expect with strong sulphur smell, need to on the circulating system all the time. Visible stain on curtain. Breakfast is fine and the room onsen come with view of some sakura tree. Overall is good but don’t think is worth for the price.

The room’s air circulating is not good, and the whole room smell like hot spring. The smell is unbearable during the night so I couldn’t sleep. The public bath water temperature is not high. The front desk told us they are heating the water! This mean the water source is not warm. The room is not clean enough and the clearer are shouting while they are cleaning the other rooms…. This is quite disappointing.

Came for a soak — water was just lukewarm; after we told management it took them a while to send one cleaning staff to confirm the situation and we were told it would take 20 min after that for the water to be heated. The staff was kind and understanding though there was little improvement by the time we left. The facilities are quite old with stains, discoloration, and leaking faucets in the womens hot spring. It does not resemble the photos. The food, which comes with the hot spring ticket, is underwhelming for a 4 star hotel.
