The hotel is nice enough and the staff were friendly enough. The single beds in the single rooms are very small so just beware. But!…… the main thing to watch is on site parking! We were quoted £25 to park our van (two days prior to booking) only to be told, on arrival, that it was double the price for our van! £50!!!! By that time it was too late to book anywhere else, so just be aware of this! The receptionist response to my astonishment at this charge was “Well that’s London for you…. All about the money!” Idiot! 🤬🤬🤬

Lovely guest house, the reception area was absolutely charming and the staff extremely helpful and attentive, they even offered to hold our bags a bit after check out whilst we had a wonder. The bed was super comfortable and the room spotless clean. Absolutely brilliant value for money considering the central position, extremely easy to get around with access to Overground, several buses and tube, will definitely go back and recommend!!

Spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Room basic but had everything you need. Very central with lots of public transport available. Highly recommended.

Space is it a premium in London and it shows. Was expecting a queens size bed but it was a 140cm, could be my fault for not reading the fine print. That’s not the issue though, but the mattress sinks a lot when lying on the edges, which by the way happens when two people try to sleep on the bed, this causes you kind of slide off, not very comfortable. Also only had 1 hook inside the bathroom so you have to pick who gets to put the towels on the toilet seat. Feel like this could have been fixed so easily with a trip to the hardware store, there was definitely space inside the bathroom. Ceiling height in the room was amazing, the broken window seal that let in every single sound from the street? Not so much… felt almost like sleeping in a tent. Can’t fault it too much though because the price is what it is.
