Rooms extremely small. They claimed the rooms were meant for 4 people when the second bed was a couch that could barely fit 1 person. The main bed was old or in a bad shape and you would easily roll into the middle. The staff in the reception was very rude. The wifi did not work well. There was no elevator and at night you could hear the music of the pub next door until 2am like if it was in the room next to you. The only positive things of this hotel are the location and the cleaning.

I stayed at the Chelsea Inn for 3 nights during a business trip in September 2023 and would not recommend it for the following reasons: - No cancellation possible, even 3 months prior to arrival - No private bathroom (the reservation actually included one) - Room with no windows - Misleading website and pictures; look and feel of the interior were way less 'modern' and 'glamorous' - No space in the room to dry items like towels - No space to perform any type of work (e.g. no desk or chair) - Low sleep quality due to noisy AC and fridge. - Closet had 3.5 hangers - No room keys, doors locked with different codes - 35 dollars cleaning fee There is more to say about the 'unconventional' check-in process via email and the friendliness of the staff which have room for improvement. On the upside, the location was great. If you don't mind the above, you are in the heart of the Chelsea district.

This place is sooo charming in the charming area of Chelsea, was provided with a nice warm welcome and cookies! The stay was very seamless and we had no issues! Free breakfast! Cannot go wrong, will be looking forward to coming back! You definitely felt like you were apart of a community here! Everyone is so warm and friendly.
