Arrived hotel parking at 12am (last flight of AirAsia from KUL) only to wait for 45 minutes at hotel lobby to be served by receptionist. Completed check-in process at 1am. Prior sleep, found a bed bug. Notified receptionist and were asked for proof. Receptionist reluctantly agreed to change our room. Had to rechecked-in new room. Finally could called it a day at 2am wishing there was no bed bug in the new room. Checked out at 12.30pm the next day.

NOT RECOMMENDED at all !!! I stayed there for 3 nights and the room condition is very bad, full of mosquitoes and other small bugs and insects. Only one time they done the room service with ready excuses if you are going ask them why. It’s not close to the beach as you need to walk 15-25 min in dark roads at night. They take additional money for checkin and checkout. No laundry, No water pressure, No tissues. No close store. I totally recommend to find on the beach as it’s the same prices per night.

I don’t understand where all the good testimonials come from. The room is disgusting: small, dark, worn out. The bedding is made of polyester, it’s yellow and stained. The toilet was gray because of old plaque, it became white after I cleaned it myself with bleach. The owner Malaysian woman in black rejected me a refund ever after I got in a verbal fight with her. She said it’s a budget place, but budget doesn’t mean nasty and dirty. They just rip off tourists without even trying to invest some effort in service.
